Bristol Zen Dojo Study Resources

On this page, you will find a collection of     articles,     audio recordings of teachings given at Bristol Zen Dojo, and     links to resources elsewhere to support you in your practice and study of Zen.

The audios are of two sorts, recordings of talks (Teisho) and of teaching given during Zazen (Kusen). In a usual Zazen sitting, the teaching is only 5-10 minutes in a larger period of silent sitting, but for these Kusen recordings, we have spliced several related teachings together into a single audio file. To listen to them, we recommend you sit in Zazen at home while playing the audio.

From time to time, particular texts are selected for focus within our informal study group.
